What is it?

Get a live update on the status of your item, anytime. By entering your product code and ticket number, you're linked into our systems which will give you real time track and trace information on your item.

Why use it?

Any time of the day or week, you can quickly find out the current location of your item, giving you an idea of how long until delivery for your own peace of mind, or to pass along to a customer.  It’s easy to send this information to a customer via a button on the results page which opens up an email message with the tracking information already included for you.

What do I need?

Before you start you will need:

  • a valid ticket or consignment number

How it works

Simply follow these steps to check the delivery progress of an item:

  1. Select the type of courier product did you used to send the item. Most common are standard tickets or e-packs. Click on the name of the ticket type and enter details into the relevant fields, eg. for Courier tickets/ Packs enter the product code (the 2-4 digit code highlighted in yellow in the image) and ticket number (the 8 digit number code highlighted in red).
  2. Click the Track my item button.

  1. The results page will display (as pictured) which shows a Summary of the status of your item:
    • Pickup will show the time and date that your item was collected
    • Status will show where are items are while they are in transit
    • Delivery will show the time and date if the was delivered
  2. More information is provided under Detail. This includes:
    • the location of your item each time it is scanned
    • the identification of the courier who scanned it (e.g. Courier 073)
    • the home branch of the courier (the area where the pick-up was made)

You can also see the signature of the person who signed for your item upon delivery, if signature was required.
