What is it?

Buy IT lets you order courier tickets and E-Packs quickly and easily from our website.

Why use it?

Our website is accessible 24/7, you can order product anytime that is convenient for you in just a couple of clicks. The products you order will be delivered to you within 24 hours during the working week. 

Anyone with a New Zealand Couriers account and V.A.N. PIN number (the number you enter when booking a courier over the phone) can place an order via Buy IT.

What do I need?

Before you start you will need:

  • your company's phone number (the phone number that is linked to the account)
  • a V.A.N. PIN number (the number you enter when booking a courier over the phone)

You need to have a New Zealand Couriers account to use this online tool. If you do not have an account with us, you can find out how to open an account or call 0800 800 841 for further information about accounts or PIN numbers. If you do not know which of your organisations phone number is linked to your courier account, call 0800 800 841.

How it works

To order new products with Buy IT simply follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Buy IT button near the top of the page. The Buy IT button appears near the top of every page on our website.
  2. Enter the phone number linked to your account.
  3. Enter your PIN number.
  4. Click on Display product list.

  1. In the Buy IT menu, find the product(s) you wish to order and enter how many units required before proceeding.
